@virginmedia I have done all of the below. And get nowhere, nobody answers me, you just get robots. Been trying to cancel a contract that had never gone live for just under a month now!!!!!!!! And I have got all the evidence that shows this

I tried to cancel my contract within two days of taking on, before it even went live. I didnโt even receive the router they supposedly sent, which I have also raised with them and @YodelOnline

Spent hours on the phone listening to the same three songs over and over. Wait hours for a โhumanโ advisor to connect to the webchat. Complaints donโt get answered.
