Small update: My most recent recovery form (#587682194) has been accepted for further investigation — finally not auto-rejected. Grateful to @ATVIAssist for reviewing this. Hoping for a resolution soon.

My Activision acc. (created using a Hotmail ID) was hacked in Nov 2024. It only had Facebook linked. Hacker changed email/password & still logs in via Activision, kicking me mid-game.

Case #587682100 was denied. I submitted proof & heard the hacker in a lobby glitch,Please help

@ATVIAssist @CallofDuty @Activision I’ve followed every step: created temp accounts, linked valid platforms, submitted proof via in-app support, and explained everything here.

This account was created in India. The hacker (who I overheard in a lobby glitch) said he’s from Iran. Please review login IPs

Update: I submitted the recovery form again (Case #587682129) with full details + tweet link. Got the same generic rejection.

Please @ATVIAssist, @CallofDuty I’m still getting kicked mid-game by someone using Activision login. I’ve followed every step. A human please
