If you struggle with Ṣalāh, do sincere repentance and do it very regularly. Not being able to observe Ṣalāh regularly can be a form of punishment for your sins.
Sins take you away from Allah and it makes Ṣalāh difficult for you. If you do not desist from certain particular sins that you commit secretly, you might eventually lose your will to serve God and become totally cut-off and that's the worst punishment in this life. The more sins you commit, the more your heart darkens and your distance with Allah widens.
