Love the way it is being taught correctly so young, lots of S&C coaches just jumping to main lifting skills without teaching the movement patterns first. Also it’s teaching young athletes that mobility is crucial to success 👏👏

@VirginMediaIE were paying €85 a month for 1GB broadband (including upstairs booster) and for the past 3 weeks have barely even been able to send a what’s app message. Internet constantly coming and going especially in the evenings. Can’t ever get through to customer service
