I found a faceless YouTube channel making $60K a month. it’s two months old.

so I fed everything about how it works into AI and copied the format. worked on the first try.

now a full video takes under 5 minutes to make.

pull the top-performing video on the channel you want to model. drop the title, the script style, the pacing into Claude and tell it to reverse-engineer the pattern not copy the content, the rhythm. it writes you a fresh script that holds the same structure that’s already proven to keep people watching.

send the script to an AI voice for narration. generate b-roll and stock shots with an AI clip tool, stack it over the voiceover. it renders while you barely touch it.

these channels live on volume. one person posting daily beats a studio posting once a week not because the studio’s content is worse, because volume compounds and a weekly upload schedule can’t compete with a daily one on the algorithm.
