I was losing an hour in CapCut on every reel - cutting dead air, captioning every word, reframing to 9:16.
So I built LoopReel.
Drop in any raw video, AI does the whole edit, you get a ready-to-post reel in ~2 min.
Pulled the same dataset three times today because the source kept updating mid-pull.
Not a pipeline failure. Not a tooling gap.
Someone upstream was manually editing rows in production while I was querying it.
Six months from now, at least one "AI-native" CRM will quietly sunset its core product and rebrand as a consulting firm.
The pipeline numbers looked great. The churn numbers told the real story.
@ErnestoSOFTWARE The bottleneck isn't the pipeline, it's distribution.
Once everyone runs the same MCP-to-postbridge stack the feeds fill with identical AI characters and CPMs collapse.
This got crowded too fast to be a $20k/mo edge by itself.
@abhi_singh_x Before tearing apart the funnel, check your top of funnel. If you're not running high-volume UGC, the onboarding drop-off might just be cold traffic that was never warm enough to stick.
@grundstromleo This is the volume play in video form. Easy to spin up the product, brutal to get watched.
The channels that win aren't the most polished, they're the ones pumping out 5x the uploads while everyone else perfects one video.
@spwfeijen You are wrong at most places.. quality is certainly of value but volume wins too. This is the time when we can create products but it takes so much of effort for one to get customers.
The strategy of volume ugc content is the one way that gives results
By end of Q3, at least one major no-code platform folds or gets acqui-hired for parts.
The category got crowded too fast and the retention numbers were never what the decks said.
