Commercial Use Rights are not a bonus — they are a feature included in the plan I paid for. I expect Suno to honor the rights and features advertised with my subscription.

I’m fully aware of how Terms & Conditions work. The point you’re missing is that I purchased the Pro plan BEFORE Suno changed these download conditions. If the restrictions were introduced or changed after my purchase, that is not my fault and I should not be penalized for it.

For creators like me, downloading the audio we generate is the whole purpose of paying for a subscription. If Suno starts limiting paid users to only a handful of downloads and then charges extra to access the rest of their generated work, many serious creators will simply move to other platforms.

I already have a one-year Google Flow Music plan with access to Lyria 3.5 and 10K credits. In my experience, Lyria 3.5 is extremely capable. I came back to Suno specifically to test the latest Suno model and paid for Pro in good faith. Instead, after generating my content, I found myself blocked by a download restriction.

So this isn’t about “not reading the terms.” It’s about whether the terms and download limits were changed or properly disclosed at the time I actually purchased the plan. That’s the issue Suno needs to address.

@SunoMusic I’m a professional AI content creator and a paying Pro subscriber. I create AI videos for schools, shops, stores, businesses, companies, baby birthdays, funny cartoons and other commercial projects, and I use Suno to create songs, background music and audio tracks for these videos.

I purchased the Pro plan on September 8, only 4 days ago, specifically because I need to create and use a large volume of audio. I may create around 500 tracks in a month, and I need to download the tracks I generate so I can actually use them in my video projects.

But after paying for Pro and generating my audio, I was allowed only around 20 downloads. Now my remaining songs, background music and other tracks cannot be downloaded.

This makes the paid plan extremely difficult for professional creators like me. What is the purpose of paying for credits to generate hundreds of tracks if we cannot download and use the audio we created?

Please either:

Restore/allow downloads for ALL tracks I generate with my paid Pro credits, or
Refund my subscription payment so I can move my production workflow to another AI music service.

I don’t want to spend money, credits and hours creating hundreds of tracks only to discover afterward that I cannot download them.

Please have your support team contact me by DM and resolve this issue urgently. I would prefer to continue using Suno, but I need reliable access to download the audio I pay to generate.
