@Destiny2Team The enhanced version should be able to discharge the Bolt charge on weapon KILL. Would make it feel much stronger and keep it seperate from the uniqueness of Storms Keep Aspect damage discharge.

@playnewworld Yall need to let every named item be able to toe upgrade to 725 if we have the materials to do so. I have never played an MMO that limited avenues to max gear by such an insane degree. You forget about every named weapon if it’s not from the Well of Fortune or the Gorgon Raid SMH
