@AsdaServiceTeam Disgusted to be £21 out of pocket. Sent a substitution back with the driver who said I was an extra on his round and he would make a note and tell depot what I returned. Rang to request the refund and it’s been rejected. Never will I shop online again.

@CarShopGB I’m totally shocked by the service we are currently receiving. Purchased a car in August only for it to be back in for a repair in September and then the same fault has happened again last month and now 3 weeks into no car with no offer of a courtesy car or anything!
