Finally got to enjoy the XCO @cyclingontnt this season with the calm energy & expert commentary from Annie & Oli. The absence of the usual crew was an improvement for me, though Josh would sit nicely too.Perhaps 2026 will be an improved line up & make the pain of £31/mnth easier?
'Rehabilitation is just as important as medicine and surgery in helping people reclaim their lives after injury, illness or because of long-term conditions. Everyone deserves access to rehabilitation'

@physiotalk Refer for urgent flare review with the rheumatology MDT; we want to minimise the period where the person is struggling so need to be responsive #physiotalk
@physiotalk I would suspect not, though not due to lack of interest from physio’s, but more opportunity to specialise. We have some excellent community based staff who link with us to try to support that link and learn where the specialist line in the sand is #physiotalk
Q1 I manage a specialist rheumatology physio and absolutely support specialist role for long term management and supporting the initial assessment. General MSK is not equipped to manage flare up neither in exposure nor operational design in our services #physiotalk

Deadline has been extended! Please share with any colleagues you may know you would relish the opportunity to work in a well established major trauma unit.
