@SClub7 The saddest part about Paul Cattermole, is that he lived much of his life feeling worthless & invaluable to people. In his death, the messages of love pour in. In life, he rarely felt it. Don’t wait until people have died to say what you think, tell them in life, when it matters.

@BustingCrimes My dad is 23 years out the job. He’s been to many funerals in that time. He had hobbies and different things lined up for when he finished. I think still having a purpose is very important but also not having the stress and responsibility like in the job.

My most recent trip was to Sweden - lovey country! We did the ghost walk in the evening which was fabulous. I love gruesome history 😂 This one was really good but I haven’t found one yet to beat Edinburgh!

So many books and never enough time! I’ve set myself a challenge this summer to keep reading - I’m great at reading on holiday but when I’m home I just never find the time. BUT so far I’ve kept going so onto my 3rd book since being home. 🙌🏼

@Jhightw @Ryanair They have put their last flight of the season back so Flying back 24th otherwise I have to go through Barcelona home. Maybe, but considering in June I was on a flight with just 14 people it seems odd they stop flights now that things are picking up

We went to watch @ComeFromAwayUK yesterday. At uni my favourite module was storytelling - THIS was one of the most amazing piece of storytelling I’ve seen. An absolute must see. As a therapist I was touched by it’s simplicity and it’s power x Congratulations to its cast and crew
