@SJohnston60 Another factual mistake, as others are pointing out. It's a shame that a would be legitimate discussion gets derailed by sloppy work and doubled down. Welcome to 2026
The definition of being professional is acting appropriately in context and keeping inappropriate or personal stuff out of the workplace. I have little context, but it seems like that is what he did. It's unreasonable to expect someone not to have a private, emotional life that they share with a spouse
Maybe, just maybe, there is some nuance and complexity here? We need immigration enforcement (and legislation that Congress hasn't passed in a generation), but we also need and deserve professional and moral and prioritized enforcement. The frustrating thing is both sides pretending this is so easy and clear cut instead of putting on their big boy pants and realizing that there is actual work to do and tough decisions to be made.
@niccruzpatane Still waiting on the original plan of having those batteries on the grid for energy storage and peak-shaving. No reason you shouldn't do both.
@LarrytheLibera1@stamalama1@atrupar The perfect is the enemy of the good. Better to have AG Barr speak truth now than not, whatever shortcomings he has demonstrated. Even FPOTUS cannot control the narrative anymore himself, expecting AG Barr to do so is fruitless.
@Davinci3144 @feltope@JeffSherbekow@atrupar@SpiroAgnewGhost Moreover, the hosts want to make a point that the FPOTUS "wasn't even home at the time." They weren't there to talk to him, they were there for the documents. Him being there would have served no one's interests.
@skhmt_ @mjtsands @JohnFetterman Correct. Imagine government deciding if your protest was important before issuing you a permit. It's a right or it's not. Reasonable people can disagree whether it should be, but that's the state of play and this ruling follows. I favor more gun control, but agree the logic.
@dsur2388@RabidWolf27752 @DanDwig79 @Pappiness My electric car goes up hills with linear acceleration and torque and MUCH more confidence than my V12 Mercedes. There are limitations with every technology, but I would drop this talking point. It's flatly wrong.
