@hostnine 27 Hours of downtime give or take. Still no sign of a ticket response. Hostnine no longer answers phone calls. No US contact. No Tier II support. It took the first 12 hours or so to get a server reboot.

@hostnine Sure the problem is I can't get any response from another medium. I would prefer not to drag this out in public. Respond to the ticket system. That's what it is for (traditionally).

So my site has been down for a full 24 hours at this point. I have talked to tech support about 10 times everyone from Aarav to Sai. Absolutely no update on what the issue is. @hostnine
