@chilternrailway please can you advise if services between Amersham and Marylebone on chiltern railways will be impacted by strike action this week, or are they running as usual? I can’t see anything on your website to say they are impacted.
@Melissag0ec@prestigeflowers It’s sad, we used them a couple of times before and no issues but I’ll be asking my husband to go elsewhere in future as there is clearly an issue and the £10 voucher offer was laughable! I’d have to spend more money with them to get a replacement bunch.
Be warned buying from @prestigeflowers, I was sent flowers (so obviously didn’t read their T&C), most florists freshness window is 5-7 days. After 2 days they started to droop and die,they will only offer a £10 voucher as I emailed on day 4 and their freshness guarantee is 3 days
@Chubbychops78@prestigeflowers@MoneySavingExp I have had a similar dreadful experience. My husband ordered me a £60 bouquet and they were dying after 2 days. Being a gift I wasn’t aware of T&C to raise issues within 3 days. I sent pictures on the 4th day clearly showing the flowers drooped and they offered a £10 voucher.
@TfL my apologies I accidentally used the incorrect Apple Pay card rather than the one I’ve been using all day. How do I go about getting a refund for the charge? The correct card was a travel card rate zones 1-9. Many thanks

@Gails_Bakery really disappointed to turn up at 8:45am on Good Friday and there are no hot cross buns ready until 10:30 earliest. Good Friday is the tradition day to have hot cross buns-so many people are asking for them and they aren’t available. How ridiculous and what a shame.
@chilternrailway why take the platform and train details down from the board at Marylebone when the train is still sitting there? I ran between platforms trying to find my train (platform 5),there was no info&your staff didn’t know. I was there at 14:24, 3 minutes to go.
@chilternrailway please can we have an update for the train on platform 2 which is claiming to be the 17:59 to Aylesbury. No communication and we are sitting wondering what is going on. Let’s hope we don’t have the usual mayhem where you tell us to all move to another train.
@chilternrailway What is the reason for the delays on the aylesbury line? Surely they are unaffected. I’m on the 17:59, have two kids to get home to and there is no communication on the train.
@TfL please can you confirm how we claim for contactless delays on trains from Marylebone to Amersham, on chiltern railways? Our train has been cancelled and we have all been chucked off due to a technical fault 🙄 (second time in as many weeks)
@chilternrailway please can you ask the driver to put the air conditioning on, on the 18:41 train from Marylebone to Aylesbury? It is absolutely sweltering in here (not helped by it being a two carriage train and so overcrowded).
