As I was cutting the wrap I noticed the stand to be broken. I immediately did a video and sent it to them hoping they would take it back but the continued to drive off. How am I made to pay for a unit that was delivered broken????

See attached screen shot 16:22-16:25 I was giving the driver directions to my house. He arrived 16:30 and took the stand out of the truck and placed it inside with his assistant. They said they were in a rush and made me sign the document.

Police have arrested dozens of workers and @CityTshwane employees after they allegedly tried to steal transformers from the Laudium sub-station.

Heavy duty trucks, including a crane have been confiscated. Some transformers were already loaded on council trucks.

Authorities reacted after a tip-off from the community.

A vehicle registered under the @TMPDSafety was also at the scene.

Mayor @nasiphim is furious and say the law will come down hard on those arrested.

Investigations are underway.
