@delhivery@zoomin@ShiprocketIndia Every day since the last week I get an email your shipment is out for delivery from @ShiprocketIndia and @delhivery partner says no it will be returned you reorder. Who will explain that this is not some shopping products but pictures. What kind of logistics is this!!
@zoomin Do not use Zoomin. They do not have a proper team in place and are charging a premium amount for fast delivery without getting the product delivered.
@zoomin The team is so slow that they can't even reciprocate the courtesy of a call to resolve the issue. So daft that they have not checked the actual issue and stated that the product is out for delivery whereas the delivery guy says he won't deliver!!
@zoomin I ordered pictures of my baby for Mother’s Day, paid a premium for fast delivery and yet i have not received my product. The courier partner is at my doorstep and yet won’t deliver because you gave wrong contact details and don’t have any customer care!! Really disappointed!!
@zoomin I decided to use Zoomin after a really long gap and didn't face any issue before but this time it was bad. Imagine the courier guy says I have to reorder. Who have you kept in your logistics team?

@amazonIN New trend of pathetic service from #amazon. Delivery agent doesn't deliver and marks customer denied delivery. Team has no idea what is happening & assures that it will be delivered & the end you dn't have any choice but cancel. And then charge market place fee!!

@AmazonHelp Genuinely want to understand wat help u can provide & also share wid the people here if any resolution is being given at all. Why is ur specialist team giving false assurance vn dey cnt even reach the delivery agent? What's the point of being a prime member or market place fee?
