They are devastated. I last heard from my parents in Spruce Pine yesterday at 8:15 as the core of the storm went over them and trees were falling in their house. All cell towers were wiped out, no electricity, no gas, limited food and water and every single road getting up to them is washed out and not drivable
The only way to get to them is by air. I’m going to send you some images I’ve gotten from friends who were able to connect to Starlink.
It’s absolute the worst devastation the mountains has seen in our lifetimes
We are all worried sick and no one can get in to help them. They need FEMA, national guard, Red Cross, urgently!”

@lifeinapan That's not the only problem. If Sunset Jetty had multiples of an item they only replaced one. I went from a half dozen palm trees to only one in my updated inventory. I doubt they reimbursed it with simoleons or simcash. I still don't feel safe building there

The Sunset Jetty bug steals everything from your lot. As you can see I built a house there. The game updated & suddenly homeless Sims are wandering my lot. Note there is no longer a house icon after the update. This theft is not ok!

I even moved my Sims to other lots before it takes them too. The only option it's giving me right now is to rebuy everything I lost

@SimGuruPedro I'm sorry but why is this so difficult? These items were removed from everyone's game. There shouldn't be a need to fill out a bunch of forms or wait a long time for compensation. So many veteran players have left already. Problems like this just make more go

@SimGuruPedro With all respect why are we constantly having to fill out forms to correct your game errors? It's not like only a few people have this problem. You know it's an issue & it's not something we did to cause it. Missing venue items & careers is a big problem 😕

@SimGuruPedro I highly suspect this refers to Gran's Lil Nook Balcony Collection Pack. I'm guessing you will charge about $10 for this. Kindly prove me wrong 🤔
