@PsychResChat Check your own energy patterns, and follow those. Plan your schedule around what will set you best up for success. Everyone will be different. For some, your first interview will be your best, others will need practice.
@wynnemorrismd@PsychResChat Agree completely. PDs/admission committees are people --> people are biased. I saw evidence at a conference, there IS bias against those who disclose, in psych! So I recommend you disclose if it explains a gap in training/your story can't be told without it. #WishItWereDifferent
