If you’re on a solid business or solid 9-5 in Ghana , don’t throw it away for greener pastures elsewhere cos it might not work to your expectations
BUT
If nothing is going on for you in Ghana, it’s not bad at all to travel when the opportunity presents itself. IMO
I’m excited to share that I have been selected as a Fellow of the UK Media Excellence for Emerging Technology (UK MEET) Fellowship, delivered by @imperialcollege through Imperial Global Ghana, with support from the British High Commission.
Out of more than 500 applications from Ghana and Nigeria, I’m grateful to be among the journalists selected for this fellowship.
As journalists, we are constantly reporting on things that are changing our world. But with technologies like artificial intelligence becoming increasingly part of our everyday lives, an important question remains: how do we separate the promise of technology from what the evidence actually tells us?
That is one of the things I’m looking forward to exploring during this fellowship.
From engaging with researchers and fellow journalists to learning how to interrogate technological claims, verify evidence and translate complex scientific developments into meaningful public-interest stories, I’m excited about what this experience will add to my work.
I’m particularly interested in exploring how AI is being used in Ghanaian education, and whether these tools are genuinely improving learning outcomes for students.
For me, this is more than learning about new technologies. It is about asking better questions, challenging claims responsibly and helping audiences understand how innovation affects their lives.
I’m grateful for this opportunity and excited for the learning, conversations and stories ahead.
Here’s to asking better questions and telling stories that matter

Men are becoming incredibly boring. You can tell when a man only wanted your number because he found you attractive. Once he gets it, there is no depth, no curiosity, no real conversation. Just “How are you?” “What are you doing?” and “What’s up?” on repeat. What exactly am I supposed to do with that?
