@syntevo Seems at least 50% of time is spent on checking/converting line endings, but Refresh itself is also slower than SourceTree.

@syntevo -Xmx1536m, no change :( PC has i5, 8GB RAM, SSD, Win7 x64. Timed switch to 4min50sec, SourceTree does same job in ~10 seconds.
