The house and grounds were great and the staff very accommodating (& descriptive) ❤️

After 7 years I hit my 200th parkrun
175 of those at beautiful @TNparkrun like today.
Celebrated with my club, the lovely Crossgates Harriers

No volunteering today, but proud to have done 101 times, with 25 of those as RD at Tempsy

Pleased to say my skills weren't needed tonight so instead checked my local cPAD AEDs and cleaned the car 😁
