डॉक्टर साहब की गलती बस इतनी थी… कि उन्होंने इंसानियत दिखाई और वकील साहब को अपने छत पर AC लगाने दिया।

कुछ साल पहले पड़ोसी वकील ने कहा – “AC लगाना है, आपकी छत की तरफ रहेगा, अनुमति दे दीजिए।”
डॉक्टर साहब ने बिना सोचे हाँ कर दी… क्योंकि लगा, पड़ोसी हैं – साथ देना चाहिए।

सालों तक चुप रहे…
पानी गिरता रहा, गर्म हवा आती रही, परेशानी होती रही... लेकिन उन्होंने कभी शिकायत नहीं की।

आज जब वकील साहब से सिर्फ इतना कहा कि अब इसे हटा दीजिए या सही जगह लगा दीजिए, हमें अब अपने छत की जरूरत पड़ेगी।

तो जवाब मिला –
“नहीं हटेगा… जो करना है कर लो।”

तब डॉक्टर साहब को समझ आया –
हर कोई आपकी अच्छाई को समझे, ये ज़रूरी नहीं। कुछ लोग उसे आपकी कमजोरी समझ लेते हैं।
