@opodo Hi, I've been waiting for a refund for more than NINE months now! Every time I call Opodo, I am asked to wait for more time, which is not acceptable. Last time, the person said the airline already paid you, so don't understand why the money is not in my account yet?

(3) @JLcustserv buy ever again in the store, such as in our case. Hope you can really figure out what happened with my sofa, where is it and when is it going to be delivered.
(2) @JLcustserv we haven't received an explanation about this, just different people calling us saying different things which creates more confusion. The merchandise in the store is good, but this is quite disappointing and things like that cause that customers don't want..
(1) @JLcustserv we bought a sofa bed in John Lewis Reading Store last November 2017. After a lot of calls from John Lewis and even a text saying that was going to be delivered today (which didn't happen) John Lewis don't know yet where is the sofa or when it will be delivered.
