We haven't even started our trip, and we are already having problems with @LATAMAirlines @LATAMAirlinesUS. More than 1:30 on the phone and nobody knows about the agreement. Honor benefits offer to frequent passengers of @Delta

@LATAMAirlinesUS @LATAMAirlines @Delta I have a reservation with you...so you should be able with the frequent passenger number to be able to honor the benefits as all other airlines do

@LATAMAirlines What is the misunderstanding? The benefits are the one you provide for delta frequent passengers....I would like to reserve the preferred seats now....obviously the day of the flight those seats might be gone....I called several times and nobody knows a thing

@BedBathBeyond I need to solve this issue as I explained to everyone i spoke with. I'm traveling on April 17th and need to solve this issue before that but nobody is doing anything...just seem that they don't care at all...and clearly it's not our fault.

@BedBathBeyond @buybuyBABY worst experience ever.We bought a dresser and a crib, both arrived damaged and now nobody is replying nor replacing the items. Worst customer service, nobody cares, neither bothers to reply.They keep saying to wait for home delivery to contact us
