Don't understand how @FedEx lost a 50lb package -- not only that, all the customer service were extremely unhelpful and have been giving the runaround for 2 months. Please do not ship anything expensive / important with Fedex, use UPS!

@FedEx @FedEx And don't say message me, I did and literally the agents barely did anything. Least CALL the Norcross GA station and check? Why is that place infamous for boxes going missing?? Once again, the box is 50lbs, it's not a small item that can go missing.

@FedEx I shipped 2 equal sized boxes at the same time, but one of them somehow went missing at the Norcross FedEx facility which seems to be notorious for losing things https://t.co/CiLjGTOXhD.

@UPS Fix your phone line – the AI doesn't give you any real options and then hangs up on you. I'm already frustrated because my package is lost but the AI phone is making stuff WORSE. You need to have a way for customers to connect to a real person!
