Always good to sit down with my friend @RickFOP86 . I appreciate his leadership and his willingness to have the tough conversations about violent crime, Public Question #1, and the crime we see spilling across county lines. #YESonPublicQueation1
@RickFOP86 I appreciate the conversation as well. I appreciate your leadership on the No Bail Constitutional Amendment! Let’s do it again soon my friend!
Before the Supreme Court prohibited it in 2008, in a 5-4 decision, states had authorized the death penalty for child rape throughout much of American history. Maybe it’s time we took a second look SCOTUS?

I’m voting YES in November on the constitutional amendment to protect our communities from dangerous repeat offenders when no release conditions can reasonably ensure public safety. It is narrow, constitutional, and long overdue. Vote YES on Public Question #1.
Braun was sentenced to the maximum 42½ years.
“Mental illness does not erase accountability or require the public to accept people who are extremely dangerousness to be out on the streets creating more victims. When a guilty deft is dangerous, prison is the responsible answer.”
“Kyle Braun tried to murder his own mother. He left her with a knife embedded in her head and walked away. She survived—and today, a Hendricks County jury made sure he did not walk away from justice. Violence this brutal demands accountability.” — Prosecutor Loren Delp
Everyone’s asking, “Why not prosecute Fauci?” I’ve been asking a different question: Why does Indiana keep a law that could stop us from doing it?

Town Marshal Brad Fisher, a 25-year law enforcement veteran, was tragically killed today in the line of duty in Indiana.
Marshal Fisher was assisting other officers in stopping a fleeing suspect when the suspect hit Marshal Fisher and ultimately killed him.
I’m praying for Marshal Fisher’s family, for the town of Lynn and for all of Randolph County as they grieve his tragic loss. May he rest in peace.

Four years ago today, the Supreme Court took its first step toward recognizing the rights of the unborn.
The unborn are people, just like us, & they have a right to life.
Dobbs was a momentous victory, & I will not stop fighting until we have achieved full legal protections.
