So devastated by what @FrontierCorp did to my family today. After being customers for 20+ years, they supposedly changed their vmail system and deleted the answering message recording of my Dads voice who has passed away and they refuse to try and recover it. #customerexperience

We spent hours on the phone with #CustomerService reps for @FrontierCorp and they refused to put a manager on while my mom was crying down the phone asking to hear my Dads voice on the recording that has been on suddenly deleted. This is devastating and disgusting #customercare.
