Greetings, Exiles.
I will be using this space to share what's coming next on the Lore Of Exile YouTube channel, from character deep dives to shedding light on lore topics.
If you're a Path of Exile lore nerd, you're in the right place.
The ExileCon 2026 teaser speaks one name: Perandus.
That name is already in POE2, signed by an Emperor at the door to the Prisoner’s cell.
I couldn't resist putting my thoughts into a quick video before the keynote hits!
I really hope GGG don’t scrap the Interludes when PoE2 hits 1.0.
From a lore perspective they provide a unique window into the world.
The Cuachic Vault alone shows us Vaal descendants living underground, waiting generations for the Corruption to fade so they can finally emerge.
@TalkativeTri Yep the drafts folder is where theories go to wait for GGG to prove them right or wrong. ExileCon is going to be a very honest weekend for both of us. 😂
A week out from ExileCon, and I keep opening the same folder of half-written lore theory scripts...
Knowing Acts 5 and 6 might either confirm OR bury a year of deduction in a single weekend is a funny feeling! Half hoping I turn out wrong.
Did you know the emperor who built the Labyrinth died inside it?
Izaro “spent his final days imprisoned in his greatest creation; a tool to filter out the unworthy.” He made his masterpiece his own tomb.
Everything has a price… even fate.

In Path Of Exile 1, before he was the Shaper, he was Valdo Caeserius, chief Arkhon of the Oriath academy and Zana’s father.
Trapped inside the Atlas, he reasoned: “if the real world is flawed, perhaps I could build a better one.” What did Wraeclast’s greatest mind become?
A viewer just sent me a clip of @DarthMicroT watching my latest POE2 video on his stream today!
Glad I can help take the lore further than 'chasing the beast' 😅
With the release of 1.0 just around the corner, I wanted to make a beginner-friendly lore video covering the current state of Wraeclast.
Hopefully new players can find their footing here, as well as giving experienced lore-fiends something to chew on!
Did you know that in Path of Exile 2, the Maraketh leave the weak and flawed to die in the desert as children?
“The Maraketh hold no pity for the weak or the supposedly useless,” says Adiyah, the Wayfinder.
Survival, in their world, is earned.
Just want to take a moment to thank everyone for watching my POE lore videos. It means the world.
They're taking a little longer to piece together, not only due to the usual research, recording and editing, but also because of some personal life things.
Kulemak, the Lightless, cannot truly die.
“In ghastly pits beneath the world, Kulemak grows countless new bodies, each more powerful than the last.”
The Abyss keeps rebuilding its master beneath Wraeclast. What does it want? #PoE2
Did you know the Azmeri and the Ezomytes are not the same people?
The Azmeri are hunters who live by the Spirit, “the lifeblood o’ the land,” and whose ancestors worshipped Arakaali long before the Vaal did.
One mystery Path of Exile 2 hasn’t answers outright (yet): who was the Precursors' true enemy?
Players point to the Lightless, to Corruption itself, even a 'First Divine.' After all the theorizing, nobody agrees.
Who do you think it was?
December 11, Path of Exile 2 reaches 1.0 and its story finally gets an ending.
After two years of hints and half-answers, almost nobody can agree on how the campaign will close out.
Before the finale lands, I want to trace the whole thread...
