Hi @British_Airways, as usual(sadly!), our luggage was delayed on our outbound flight & our inbound flight got cancelled.I've repeatedly tried to submit my case,but I keep getting this error.I've tried two different browsers & deleted the cache,as advised by a BA agent. Pls help!
