sunday- woke up w multiple broken blood vessels in both eyes (no trauma inflicted)

tuesday- knocked myself out by hitting a heating duct w my head while moving- huge gash in my head

today- laying in bed watching TV when i get a massive double sided nosebleed

am i dying?
