I've aired seven different games on my YouTube channel in April! That is surely a record. Glad to have found such a variety of cool games to play lately.
For those who like a preview of what's coming soon on my YouTube, I'll soon be playing Yugo Puzzle, an excellent block-pushing game that I highly recommend to fans of the genre https://t.co/TpsjWMy1Uy
I've played enough Elephantasy Flipside now (~20 hours) to say that if you're a fan of playing this genre (exploration/adventure), you should check this game out yourself. If you prefer just to sit back and watch, plenty more of my videos coming https://t.co/8LZSZlFhzs
I've been recording a lot from some new games recently, so I might end up increasing from publishing 2 videos per two days to 3 videos per two days... still deciding the details, but look forward to more content :)
For those who just can't get enough Rogue Legacy 2, I streamed a single hero run that lasted more than two hours this afternoon, and you can check the VOD here https://t.co/Giw3c2SwAV
I'm currently Lets-Play-ing "Polymute" on YouTube, a cute little exploration adventure by @linkerbm. https://t.co/D4YIibYjh1 Next month I'll also LP a different one of Linker's games. (And there's still more Rogue Legacy 2 airing now too.)
In addition to a new Rogue Legacy 2 series on YouTube, I also recently did a 4-stream series on twitch with an interesting constraint; you check the most recent VODs here https://t.co/HOskhWKL3D
Been working on more screen mapping tools for a future game I'll play... those who follow me on an elephant-like-platform-I-dare-not-mention-on-this-free-speech-platform can get a sneak preview. :)
And in case you missed it, I started another sokoban-esque puzzler where I need to defeat all the monsters in each room in the fewest moves https://t.co/4RBNGDQgwB
In case you missed it, I've started playing the new #Terraria "Labor of Love" update. I'll be experiencing the new content in a fast-casual playthrough and editing episodes down to about 35 minutes each to keep progress moving. https://t.co/ORSXjTDHMd
@marcmagus Maybe eventually? I have thought about this, but for now it's still in the 'barely getting something to work' stage :) But yeah, with enough samples, one imagines removing HUDs, mobs, and dynamic/parallax backgrounds might be possible, with just static level geometry remaining.
I enjoyed making the screenshot map of Knytt Underground so much, I started a more ambitious mapping project, where I can deal with 2D-scrolling games. Here's 5 frames from a few seconds of Rogue Legacy 2 footage, that my program auto-stitched together.
