UPS lies- He never drove into my parking lot. I gave instructions to customer service to have him leave packages behind the planter in front of the school. Was that message even relayed to the driver? Did he even care?

UPS lies- One representative said to leave my number on the door. Another said drivers do not have cell phones and can’t be reached while on their routes. Another said he attempted to call me. How could he call me without a phone?

@UPS - Driver and staff keep lying and giving different stories. They are making no effort to make this right. I have spent hours trying to resolve issues. Still trying. UPS lies!

@UPS UPS lies! I had packages due for delivery on Friday. Driver lied and stated he tried to deliver at 4:58 and we were closed. Our school closes at 4:00 but staff were still there. The following Monday, driver stated he tried to deliver but we were closed. We were here.

UPS ruins graduation by failing to deliver books and saying delivery was attempted when it wasn’t. Security cameras confirm driver lied about his attempts to deliver. UPS is not taking ownership or attempting to get the books to me today.

@Macys Just purchased some underwear for my son. Got gone and opened the package to discover used underwear. Totally disgusting. Can’t reach anyone at the store to report this to. Terrible!
