We shall see I guess. I have been dealing with Poplin's "concierge team" for over 3 weeks now. They ask me to fill out forms, I do, they ask me to upload photos, I do. They ask me to send them links for all the clothes I purchased that were damaged, I do. All of this takes quite a long time. THEN, they send me emails stating they've received everything and my PayPal deposit should be done within 3 business days. THEN they all of a sudden can't find anything. No form. No photos. No links. Nothing. Due to an "internal communication error". What a joke this is all a scam and a delay tactic. @poplin_co should be ashamed to treat their customers this way. It should be embarrassing to your company. AT A MINIMUM, you should go over all interactions with me and adjust your policies and procedures. And hire some agents that are better at customer service instead of stall tactics.@mortfertel@NachshonF@MosheFertel DO BETTER!!!

WHAT A HEADACHE!!! Horrible, dispicable customer service by this company. My "laundry pro" washed a navy blue sweatshirt with WHITES and I had color transfer on 4 different items. Thank goodness I paid EXTRA for the damage protection insurance. HA! only it's a joke! I have done everything they required of me for reimbursement MULTIPLE times which take FOREVER to complete. Then customer service "cannot find my forms" or has "contacted that department and will get back with me". After quite literally hundreds of emails....I keep getting the run-around. I was told last week everything was good and my PayPal would be credited within 3 business days. OF COURSE that didn't happen. Today I get another email asking me to start this whole process over. I'm exhausted. I truly feel like they're just being obtuse so that I will just give up and then they don't have to reimburse me for my articles of clothing.
