@AmericanAir Hi, DM is where you told me there were no first class seats and there was nothing you could do. This wasn’t an upgrade. We paid for first class.
Bought a first class ticket on @AmericanAir. After 24 hours of delays we were rebooked on the second leg and told there were no first class seats. Sitting on the plane now and 4 people have been upgraded for free. Also wouldn’t give us exit row, made us pay for it.
