@Hertz do better! The ATL airport Hertz is on struggle BAD yall. Only 1 manager and no one knows what to do but him. So the staff in the checkout lanes keep leaving to ask questions. Meanwhile; we have kids in cars and long lines and everyone is mad. Get more help!!

@AssistDelta the atlanta staff at the T7 and T8 gates in ATL and the customer service rep by T8 have been so unhelpful. What has changed?? I fly too much for this. No announcements. 2 gates to the same city at the same time next to each other. Unhelpful delta agents..

Welp, @saks is officially the worst and I’m done shopping there. They wouldn’t take my online return bc of the strict return policy. As a new mom that bought a dress that was way smaller than normal sizes, I would hope they’d be a little forgiving this one time. But no. Sad!!

@Hertz is the worst with the new @tesla rentals!! I was given the Tesla on 41% charge only (not 100%) AND I got NO instructions on how to recharge it, or even use it, and it’s been a horrible experience. The car literally ran out of a charge and it took HOURS to recharge it. Ugh!
