I went through Army flight school.
I learned to fly the AH-64 Apache.
I deployed to combat and flew 55 combat missions over Baghdad.

Nobody handed me a cockpit because of my skin color.

Nobody lowered the standards for me.

Nobody looked at me and said, “Let’s check a diversity box.”

That’s what people like you don’t seem to understand.

Suggesting that Black pilots, Black engineers, Black doctors, or Black leaders need special preferences to succeed is not empowering, it’s insulting.

I didn’t want a different standard.
I wanted the same standard.

And when you’re flying into combat, the American people don’t care what race the pilot is.

They care whether the pilot is qualified.

Merit isn’t racist.
Excellence isn’t discriminatory.

And reducing every achievement to skin color says far more about your worldview than it does about mine.

A lawsuit was filed last week by Judicial Watch, Orange County Supervisor Don Wagner, and the American Independent Party against Secretary of State Shirley Weber. It claims California has about 873,000 inactive voter registrations that should have been removed under the National Voter Registration Act after not voting in multiple federal elections.
These are inactive registrations, not active voters but they were sent ballots.

California law requires people to confirm their address or vote to stay fully active. Critics say the state isn’t purging them fast enough; the state says these voters can still cast a ballot if they show up and are eligible.

There’s also a separate federal probe into election fraud claims in the recent primary.

Judicial Watch, Don Wagner, and the American Independent Party filed a federal lawsuit against Secretary of State Shirley Weber on May 20th. It claims California is keeping 873,092 inactive voter registrations on the rolls, with 326,808 inactive through at least three federal elections, 151,000 through four, and nearly 34,000 through five or more.

The suit says this violates the National Voter Registration Act, which requires states to make reasonable efforts to remove ineligible voters. The plaintiffs want the court to order California to clean the rolls.
