@bt_uk switched from Sky and still waiting about a month on for internet service to be switched over. We have been delayed twice and are now stuck with no internet or TV over bank holiday weekend, terrible service, wish I hadn’t bothered 😒

@bt_uk After 3 engineers going to do the job we have been told more work is required. This should have been set-up on the 27th March and I’ve been told it won’t be done today. It’s a shambles, wish we hadn’t bothered switching.

@Floors4youltd Spoke to an obnoxious lady at head office who advised ‘just get a refund’. All my building work is on hold due to this.

@Floors4youltd AVOID Terrible company. Ordered flooring 7 weeks ago, 3 attempts later on day of delivery to be told its been ‘discontinued’. Although it’s available to purchase from the manufacturer’s website and another supplier can get it next week.

@HastingsDirect I tried taking out a new policy last night, payment was taken but then site crashed, it said there had been a technical issue. I haven’t received a confirmation email so not sure if I have policy??
