@British_Airways just had the most ridiculous message from David via messenger - apparently our missing bag was loaded on our flight and another passenger has taken it. What bit of ‘there was no luggage loaded on our flight’ does David not get!! Sheer incompetence- disgraceful.

@British_Airways you are an absolute disgrace. Lying to passengers on flight BA275 yesterday. A 1.5 hour delay loading bags which you said has been resolved.
Announcing upon landing - bad news - no bags were loaded! Bag tracker today says bags missing! Joke!

@British_Airways still no case, given up on the thought it might be delivered to us in San Francisco. The stress you are causing is immense. No time spent enjoying our holiday - too busy phoning, emailing, going to airport enquiring - not even received a welfare call. Disgusted

@British_Airways our missing bag is still at Heathrow. Someone deal with this - find it - get on a plane to San Francisco today and deliver to hotel details I have updated on BA tracker.

@British_Airways The bag is at Heathrow - the Swiss port staff in vegas confirmed it’s never arrived here. We will be in San Francisco until Sunday when we board the crown Princess for 16 nights - so the bag will need to be delivered to the first destination port. Will update accordingly

@British_Airways @British_Airways still no bag - in this day and age how do you lose a tracked bag? Have updated the tracker - leave vegas tomorrow - for San Francisco - then a cruise to Hawaiian islands - how do you intend to reunite us with our bag? BA you have ruined our holiday.

@British_Airways We leave here tomorrow morning for San Francisco so no idea what address to put on the new reference - someone needs to call and help - am so angry now - BA you are a shambles and a disgrace. Surely you can trace the bag‘s whereabouts?

@British_Airways where is our missing bag? Can someone please sort this out. Tracker says both delivered. Only one was delivered! This has to be the worst service ever. No-one gives a damn. The bag contains life saving medication INSULIN!

@British_Airways @British_Airways for god sake how do we get in touch - one bag delivered and one still missing. Your useless tracker states both bags delivered but the paperwork with the delivered bag clearly states one bag delivered. Where is our other bag?

@British_Airways your systems do not work - finally received one of our checked in bags but not the second one. Your tracker says it’s been delivered - it has not - paperwork attached to the case confirms just the one bag delivered. How do I report the second bag not here?
