While I agree we need to find efficiency in the system it's clear to those of us who are suffering that more needs to be done in the short and medium term. Form letter reassurances from the government just aren't cutting it. The system needs more money.

@Whirlpool_CA @WhirlpoolCorp Man they don't make things like they used to. We bought a new Whirlpool range less than 3 years ago and a relay on the control board for the oven has already failed. Our last oven lasted 10+ years. Stand by your product? Maybe try a differnt brand.
