@OwnersDirect still no response, nowhere to stay, no refund and say to PM them yet can't. Worst company I've ever had dealings with. Ruined my family's holiday and they're not bothered in the slightest.
Absolutely appalled by @OwnersDirect customer service. Holiday 17th August and accommodation has been sold yet won't arrange an alternative or a refund. First week of holiday ruined as no idea what to do for our second week. Do not book with them ❌❌❌#useless

Feeling disappointed by the service we have received from @BairstowEvesUK Been tied into a long contract to then not hear from them & what a surprise we can't get out out of the contract, no choice but to raise matters to ombudsman. They haven't even responded to my complaint.
