Day 6 of my phone being held hostage by @verizon. Does anyone know someone I can call. @VerizonSupport are completely useless and all say they want to help, but all they do is file another form (3rd) and I have to wait for 3 days for it to be completely ignored. Help!!

Day 7 of my phone being held hostage by @Verizon . @VerizonSupport not helpful. At this point I have exceeded 20 hours on phone/text trying to get this completed. New issue, my credit card got marked for fraud, I cant regain my card without phone. Bank today. #unbelievable

I have been a @verizon customer for 25 years. Changed providers on Tuesday. Now my phone is being held hostage and has not been released. It has been since Tuesday. Over 10 hrs on phone & 2 in store visits. Phone has been paid off for months and my bill is paid. @Verizon
