Zip car never replied to a request of refund for a mistake that they did with my FIRST ride with them. Customer service is unreliable and nobody is taking responsability for a bill that does not correspond to what i paid for. Is this a serius company?tricking costumers? #zipcar

@Getaround Unsafe and dangerous cars @Getaround Please do not make the mistake i made and renting their cars! They are NOT reliable, ZERO customer support and above all LIARS! They told me they will send me a refund for giving me a malfunctioning and unsafe car but they disappeared!
