Update: After waiting for almost 50 minutes after initiating refund chat, finally got it resolved. Kudos to the social media team. The guy who called me was amazing, shouldn’t have to apologise for misdoings of an entire company’s support policy and failings of fellow coworkers

@zeptocares Of course, I don’t wanna be rude at all, but your customer support outlook needs to change. Take example of Swiggy and Zepto. Issuing small refunds, even tho sometime some people may try to misuse the system, is better than losing long time customers who spend lakhs over ₹100

Item missing from delivery, a simple refund worth ₹110 required and they didnt issue after me having to wait an hour to chat with the customer support who doesn’t respond.
These guys are okay with losing long standing customers rather than issuing ₹110 refunds 😂
