Depression doesn’t always look like sadness.
Sometimes it’s:
Constant brain fog.
Leaving laundry in the machine for 3 days.
Not remembering the last time you laughed.
Saying “I’m fine” and meaning “I’m drowning”.
Feeling exhausted from doing nothing.
Crying when no one’s around.
Wanting connection but isolating anyway.
This is what depression can really look like
Cutting someone out of your life (even though for the right reasons) is hard. Especially when you still see them and cross paths. It’s like grief over and over again.
@artsngrafts Changed my life! Had to have it removed temporarily last year and waiting to confirm in can have it again. It’s only once it was removed/wore off that I realised how hugely positive it was for me. For so many reasons. Fingers crossed for you.
Anyone with #pmdd able to offer some advice? Had coil removed 6 months ago and mood swings, depression, su!cidal thoughts greater than even. Unbearable. Can PMDD just develop like that?
I know no one is really here anymore but I’ll try anyway. Looking for some #MentalHealth support. Overwhelming feeling of wanting to be seriously ill or injured. Feels confusing and scary. And risky…
