Isak left Newcastle a while ago now but it's still going to be a fiery reception on his return.

Newcastle fans have already been getting stuck into him by waiting outside of his hotel and screaming abuse at him.

It'll carry on into the game. And I wouldn't be surprised if it sparks a Newcastle player to go through Isak - it would make a new signing an instant hero for instance.

I also wouldn't be surprised if someone like Sven Botman wants a piece of him too.

As I say, this isn't a bet on stats, hopefully you can see where I'm going with it though.

1.91 with Paddy Power is a strong price, it's as low as 1.11 with another bookie.

Having a browse through the markets tonight and I’ve spotted a Gem:

💎 Wissa 2+ Shots @ 1.72 (bet365)

First of all, Newcastle are 2-0 down in this tie, so should be on the front foot if they want any chance of getting to the final.

The bookies are expecting them to have around 10 shots tonight, so 1.72 for their striker to have two of those is decent.

Wissa is a player who likes to take plenty of shots too, he’s had 2+ in five of his seven starts this season (2.31 shots per 90).

Looking back at last season he averaged 2.78 shots per 90 in the league across 34 starts.

City’s recent form lends itself to the bet too, they’re conceding just under 10 shots a game in the league/league cup since the new year, and won’t be able to play Marc Guehi tonight either.

If Newcastle start the game well I think City could shite themselves like they did against Spurs.

The same selection is priced at 1.30 elsewhere, so we’re getting good value on this.
