@OneTrueKirk @Cryptik19 they use all three at once, take an average, so it's not strictly just a set of backup oracles, although if one breaks the centralization you are talking about is still in play.

There is currently no stablecoin without reliance on a trusted oracle (such as $RAI, $LUSD), trusted custodian (like $USDC, $USDT), or both (like $DAI, $FRAX, or the current $VOLT). To solve this requires tackling the oracle problem head on. Below, some fun related reading
