Embrace the New Year by Ending Food Waste! πβ¨
This Awal Muharram, let's take a moment to reflect on the significant impact of food waste on our communities. Together, we can make a difference by feeding the hungry, not the landfill.
#TheLostFoodProject
This SOP ensures that all surplus food is handled with the utmost care, mitigating any potential food-borne risks and safeguarding the well-being of our partner charities. Join us in promoting #SafeFoodSaveLives this World Food Safety Day and beyond.
The Lost Food Project stands unwavering in its commitment to food safety. As a dedicated food rescue organization, we have prioritized the development and implementation of a comprehensive standard operating procedure (SOP) for our volunteers and staff.
The simplest way to start is by rescuing food that are still consumable and maximize the usage of food ingredients to avoid it from ending up in the landfill.
Together, let's #BeatWastePollution
The International Day of Zero Waste is being celebrated for the first time this year and definitely here to stay, to be celebrated annually.
We at TLFP would like to encourage you together with us in ensuring wastage is being reduced in day to day basis until it becomes zero--
