@zarahome I received a large order. Box was destroyed and the contents were damaged. For example, marble table was cracked. And there is not customer service line to call.
@Allegiant been trying to cancel my flights for the past two days. Can't get through on the phone. No live chat available and no one is responding to my DMs or emails.
@AmericanAir for those of us who book travel well in advance, simply allowing changes is not enough. I have flights booked through to Nov and book 6 months in advance. Follow the lead of other airlines and allow for cancellations without fee.
@SinemiaSupport I've had my membership for three months. Took a month for them to tell me no physical credit card would be issued, then the last three times I went to the theater it didn't work. Are you running a scam or fraud?
AA3607: Stuck 3+ hrs in air , on tarmac for 1, then denied boarding on my connection 2354 which was at the gate. Rebooked 2318, delayed 5 hrs then cancelled and stuck overnight. @AmericanAir refused to reimburse my costs and provided measly points. Do right by your customers!
