alex nolastname threatened to call the police and ran away when he learned vampires were real. daniel molloy asked to see the fangs again. they're not the same and never will be #sorry
#iwtvspoilers#tvlspoilers if louis had brought humanstat home instead of jaded atheist vampstat i feel like paul would've lowkey fw him...both socially awkward youngest brothers who wanted to be priests, like they would've started quoting their fave bible verses at each other
Jacaerys I'm so sorry those bumass showrunners didn't let you recruit and lead the dragonseeds, adopt Addam and Alyn as Velaryons, have a love arc with Baela, plan King's Landing Sacking, and raise the dragonseeds to rescue your brother and tear down the fleet. 💔
For how much ppl love to paint Loustat as a toxic marriage they always fail to acknowledge Claudia as a classic example of having a baby to fix a marriage and the baby ending up being a scapegoat for the parents’ anger.
#iwtvspoilers#tvlspoilers sorry i'm being a strict louis solo rn but louis learning the cloud gift isn't about armand's tutelage or lestat's akasha blood- louis said no when daniel asked if he could fly in s1ep6. this is a skill he taught himself, it's not about his nonblack bfs
#iwtvspoilers#tvlspoilers maybe the only genuinely funny thing about the atrocious way the show adapted gabrielle is that armand now comes off 100% reasonable, normal and correct for hating this absolute cartoon villain of a person and cutting her out of his version of the story
Grieving his brother's death, being blamed for it by his own mother, heavily intoxicated, and on the verge of ending his own life, he was not in a position to give consent. But since it disrupts the "they got married at the altar..." narrative...
I feel like it was necessary to have this scene whether you like it or not. The recount of both experiences are unearthed by exploitation done by dan and louis for personal gain. The only difference is dan wants profit and louis wants relief. The victims are an afterthought.
*video about how lestat hurt claudia*
Comments: actually they ALL hurt her and louis is not innocent
*video about how louis hurt claudia*
Comments: see this is why he deserved worse than the drop
this specific expression of violence for the sake of a wronged female family member is also very masculine and manly of him, because men often believe physically harming a woman’s abuser is the furthest extent of justice on a victim’s behest
it's interesting that the majority of the characters have doppelgänger, except louis. it reminds me of lestat's words: "i have two centuries walked this earth and can report, you have no twin"
so now it's confirmed. assad *did* dump his heart out in that article he shared on twitter, but outright refused to answer armand-centric questions in the interviews conducted right afterwards. he saw everything. you lot are so fucking sick
honestly, i would find it very sad if they took an older character and put him in the body of a younger actor so early in the show. it's so rare to see older characters being openly queer on screen and, imo, much of this character's depth comes precisely from him having aged
