@vvictorman_uel I think being aware of what’s a hyper-reaction is important so you can deescalate yourself before you harm someone. And how you do that, including cussing someone out while you’re alone, is good.

Which is different than bottling justifiable anger, which does cause harm.

@rosmed_ He regrets losing Katniss, who he was going to lose anyways. He actually had her longer because she was conflicted about Peeta were made for her. But in book one, he suggested abandoning their families and if Prim’s name wasn’t called, Katniss would have withdrawn that year.
